Do you Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-business days. Shipping time varies from 2-7 business days.*

How do I track my order?

Tracking is provided at the time shipment occurs. If you have not received tracking, or having issues with your tracking information, please email blexbox@blextechnologies.com and a team member will assist you.

How does my order come packed—is it discreet?

Your order will arrive in a discreet, unmarked compostable bag.

I need to change the address on my order—what do I do?

We want you to receive your box! If you realize the issue before you’ve received a tracking number or shipping notification, email blexbox@blextechnologies.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to intercept and redirect your order.

Can I ship a gift to someone?

Absolutely! You can gift anything in our online store. Enter the recipient’s address during checkout, and we’ll make sure the package arrives at their door. Invoices are not included in packages.

What is your order cancellation policy?

All orders can be canceled prior to shipment. Please email blexbox@blextechnologies.com.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If you have an issue with the blexBox that you have received please email blexbox@blextechnologies.com and a team member will be in touch.

What if my box is defective?

If an item is not functioning properly or arrived broken, please email blexbox@blextechnologies.com with a photo or video of the issue, and a team member will assist.
